You go to their office to check just in case; your gut was right, it’s fake! Crisis averted… until the next morning, when database logs show multiple actions from an unfamiliar account. You’re confused at first but then remember the intern, he just started last week and hasn’t completed the cyber modules yet!

           Sumi argues that AI and automation are no longer fringe R&amp;amp;D departments, but instead areas pivotal to business success. "Companies want candidates who can work with AI tools to make previously tedious and laboursome tasks faster and smarter." However, she insists there will be more focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and making sure AI is used in safe and ethical ways. Organisations must establish governance guardrails to ensure automation accelerates value without increasing risk exposure. Expect investment in model governance, monitoring, secure ML CI/CD and multidisciplinary teams that operate AI reliably.

Demand will rise for practitioners who can take models from prototype to production whilst understanding both the technical and governance sides of AI implementation.

           Demand for technical high-impact roles, such as senior software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, cloud architects, and data platform leads, continues to dramatically outpace supply. These are roles that require not just training, but strong hands-on experience. Australia is currently not producing enough mid-to-senior-level talent fast enough to meet our market needs. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

            One of the structural issues contributing to the shortage is the gap between broad training programs and the real-world requirements of these highly specialised roles. While many training programs provide theoretical knowledge or basic coding capability, fewer prepare candidates for the complexity of enterprise-scale engineering or systems design.

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Business and prospective employees alike are facing similar pressures; they need workplace experience to achieve the outcomes they want. This issue presents differently for each party, but it’s important to acknowledge the pain point that hands-on experience requirements present to both candidates and employers.

           A leading energy retailer purchased a telecommunication company and needed to incorporate the telecommunication services offering to its existing and new customers on a mobile and web application platform. This project called the Multi- Product Retailer Program would support the energy retailer’s multi-product strategy, including greenfield roll-out of Adobe stack &amp;amp; Magneto, as well as significant enhancements to Integration(Azure) &amp;amp; ERP(SAP)platforms.

           using .Net Core Web APIs. Once configured, it was deployed to the optimised cloud application in Azure. Our engineers were then required to deploy and debug applications in Azure cloud, which were identified in the logging process. We did this

           in alignment with internal staff, working closely with UX teams to design, develop and maintain end-user interface.

           Responsible for overall engineering operations, infrastructure, and corporate functions, the team played a crucial role in determining the organisation's information technology goals and objectives. They faced an increased demand for capacity, particularly for Developers and DevOps Engineers. However, budget constraints limited access to mid-level contingent staff

           An Australian bank sought alternative methods to grow its Business Analyst Practice due to escalating costs in the market. In collaboration with Leaders IT, they undertook a Capacity Uplift Solutions Program (CUSP). The CUSP initiative aimed to

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           bolster capacity and capability skills within the Business Analyst practice, by deploying consultants and developing their skills over 12 months with a view to transitioning to permanent employment at the end of the program.

           APPROACH

            Leaders IT produced a shortlist from which the banking hiring manager chose
           &#xD;

           four Business Analyst consultants

           . Leaders IT then employed and contracted the consultants to the bank under their professional services panel. Detailed training and one-on-one mentoring sessions were conducted with the consultants. Regular feedback was sought by Leaders IT from the hiring managers, who tailored coaching sessions to address any concerns. The consultants attended 10 workshops over the 12 months developing their professional skills, completed IIBA certifications, provided business documentation and supporting roadmaps
