If you are an employee of Leaders IT (Skilled Flex, Permanent or Fixed Term), you can salary sacrifice Superannuation and other eligible items.

As per ATO guidelines, salary sacrifice cannot be backdated and is set up for future work performed. This means that the start of your next pay cycle (next Monday if you are on a weekly cycle) is the first date you may set it up for, and your salary sacrifice will take effect in the payment the week after it has been requested to start.
Please note you may only salary sacrifice one of each eligible item per Fringe Benefit Tax Year (1 April to 31 March), and the item must primarily be used for work purposes.
