A seasoned consultant of what feels far more than 20 something years, spanning multiple industries, markets, and sectors.

 

Specialising in workforce management & strategy, change management, industrial relations, and organisational development. Alex puts his clients at ease and effortlessly conveys solution requirements, guides best practice, and advises on best fit analysis to all clients of LCS.

 

When not taking the LCS business to new heights, overseeing projects and building the team capability and capacity, you’ll catch Alex on stage in his rock band, at a luxury car meet, or even on the golf course (if he’s not camping with his young family).

From hands-on processing to leading full-scale implementations, she blends technical expertise with strategic insight. Known for spotting what others miss and solving complex problems, Jodie is the go-to when smooth delivery is a must. 

 

A natural leader, she’s passionate about building capable teams and empowering others to grow. Whether managing a high-stakes rollout or a CrossFit challenge, she brings intent and drive to everything she does. 

 

At home, she’s raising a young family with grit and grace—and someday, she’ll be in Italy making pasta with the nonnas, proving she sticks the landing on every goal she sets.
