Damien’s extensive background in gently telling people what they need to do, has equipped him with the skills to manage complex projects, develop strategic initiatives, and foster strong client relationships.

A not-so-secret love affair for education and continuous improvement, Damien is committed to making a positive and happily ever after impact in the sector. He’s also pretty handy with an upcycle project (when there’s time).

A Project Innovator - A combined 20 years of vast experiences across all things payroll application management and implementations, Karl will stop at nothing to deliver outcomes on time, every time.

With the larrikin Kiwi accent and humour, Karl brings a unique background as starting out as an Aurion customer, then an employee of Aurion, and now implementing payroll products.

Karl understands the challenges that are part of implementing software (just ask him), but also the knowledge on how they can be overcome without finding out the hard way.

Karl prides himself in his ability to build strong client relationships with stakeholders of all levels and if you ask nicely will tell you a cracking joke or two. Maybe even show the backdrop of his amazing pop culture collection.

Our Project Delivery Queen – With 15+ years in payroll, Jodie brings precision, energy, and heart to every project. 

From hands-on processing to leading full-scale implementations, she blends technical expertise with strategic insight. Known for spotting what others miss and solving complex problems, Jodie is the go-to when smooth delivery is a must. 

A natural leader, she’s passionate about building capable teams and empowering others to grow. Whether managing a high-stakes rollout or a CrossFit challenge, she brings intent and drive to everything she does. 

At home, she’s raising a young family with grit and grace—and someday, she’ll be in Italy making pasta with the nonnas, proving she sticks the landing on every goal she sets.

Implementation Consultant

With years of expertise in payroll, account management, HR, and recruitment, Stacy approaches even the most complex challenges with calm confidence and a can-do attitude. She pairs a sharp eye for detail with a genuine passion for people and systems.

Stacy’s focus is on making work run smarter, smoother, and more efficiently through clear communication and ensuring both people and systems stay supported and sharp.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her lifting heavy things at CrossFit, spending time with her family, or chasing after her energetic sidekick, Frankie the kelpie. Whether she’s streamlining a database or powering through a workout, Stacy brings focus, energy, and just the right amount of fun to everything she does.

The Director of First Impressions - Jessicah is highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills, just ask her kids! 

Jess ensures our clients feel like a first-class lounge guest as they are ushered through their implementation journey ensuring a calm, efficient and well-informed process.

You can come to Jess for anything, clients are assured and clear on what their journey entails from day one. The team are held to account and will deliver with standardisation and governance while ever Jess has her eye on it.
