Job Title: Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Location: ACT/Hybrid
Working Arrangements: Hybrid
Subject to negotiations with line manager, hybrid working arrangements in line with current Company policy are available (minimum of 3 days each week in the office, with flexible arrangements in place for the remaining 2 days).
Key duties and responsibilities
- Assess business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support
- Quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce application, with a particular focus on delivering digital solutions through Salesforce Omnistudio and Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud.
- Create implementable User Stories from business requirements, or to make them implementable
- Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, structuring them as Epics and User Stories. Lead (or play a key role) in application solution design efforts.
- Configure OOTB components.
- Progress to hold end-to-end functional responsibilities as it relates to the analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options, formulating, and presenting solution options to various levels of business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, liaise with Solution Architects to recommend enhancements to existing Salesforce solutions and to align deliverables with Solution Design Documents.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and decisions to support knowledge transfer and future enhancements.

Essential criteria
- Certified Salesforce Admin 201.
- At least 5 years working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio and Communities/Experience Cloud.
- Business Process mapping/Re-engineering background for B2C & B2B Service processes ideally in the disability and health care sector.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Demonstrated systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods to co-ordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated prior knowledge and experience of complex government and or government-based insurance schemes.
- Great communication skills.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiasm about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
