Job Title: Business Architects
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Subject to negotiations with line manager, hybrid working arrangements in line with current Company policy are available (minimum of 3 days each week in the office, with flexible arrangements in place for the remaining 2 days).
The Business Architect role is responsible for ongoing enhancement of business architecture and appropriate business solutions across the Scheme participant, provider and partner domains, with specific focus on delivery of the service enhancement and digital transformation objectives.
The role will focus on collaborating with key business areas in the development and implementation of consumable reports and analytics to address key risks and emerging trends within these areas.
Key duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Enhance the business architecture based on the Agency goals and objectives.
- Apply architectural principles to business solutions.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.
- Represent Salesforce Business architecture in business planning sessions.
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Work with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to develop end-to-end solution designs in line with business requirements.
- Define the data and process requirements to meet the business requirements.
- Work with wider enterprise architecture teams to agree on recommended solution for business problem statements with particular focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in organisation wide strategic programs
Criteria

Essential criteria
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
- At least 7 to 8 years of experience working in similar role in large scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/UI designers, and assistive technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
- Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations.
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries.
- TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
