Join a global leader in the staffing industry! The client, part of RGF Staffing—a worldwide organisation with approximately 20,000 employees and a revenue of $12 billion—is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager. This opportunity is a full-time role based in Australia, offering flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance. As part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with federal government clients and integrators.

As the selected candidate, you will:

  • Partner with State Government, Mining, Defence and Commercial clients and integrators, managing their end-to-end onboarding process from initial sign-up to full operational status.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding services with existing clients.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring Peoplebank and Leaders IT are recognised as trusted partners.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, identifying opportunities within clients for additional solutions and higher-margin business.
  • Tailor solutions based on client needs, leveraging Peoplebank and Leaders’ diverse range of services and products.
  • Own and maintain strategic account plans, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and increased collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Leaders’ Relationship Manager to secure deals for higher-margin solutions such as Statements of Work (SOW) and talent solutions.
To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and work towards strategic sales targets.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Understanding of federal government client needs and procurement processes is advantageous.
It is desirable if you have:

  • Existing networks within the government sector or experience working with government clients.
  • Knowledge of staffing solutions and the ability to adapt your approach to diverse client requirements.
