About the role:
The Solution Specialist provides deep subject‑matter expertise in Peoplebank and Leaders IT’s core solutions and supports client‑facing teams to design, position, and embed those solutions across client accounts. The role may be scoped to support a single state, a multi-state region, or a national portfolio, depending on business needs, and also include people leadership responsibility. Working across all industry verticals, the role focuses on increasing solution adoption, improving win‑rates, and strengthening the organisation’s credibility in complex or differentiated offerings. The Solution Specialist does not own client accounts, but partners closely with Sector Leads, Strategic Account Partners, Account Managers and Relationship Managers to accelerate solution‑led growth.
What you will do:
1. Solution Expertise & Leadership
- Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for Peoplebank and Leaders IT’s core recruitment and talent solutions.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of talent solution capabilities, use cases, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Translate solution features into clear client outcomes and commercial value.
- Client Business Development working with high-level executives and technology C-Suite.
- Support the Regional Solution Lead in problem-solving sales conversations across workforce capability, sponsorship, statement of work, career transition and DEI programs, and IT Statement of Work projects into large enterprise clients.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Contribute to solution design, scope definition, and proposal development.
- Support the successful embedding of recruitment and capability development solutions into new and existing client accounts.
- Identify opportunities to broaden or deepen solution usage once initial solutions are live.
- Partner with client‑facing roles to remove barriers to solution adoption.
- Contribute to go‑to‑market materials, case studies, and solution playbooks.
- Support internal enablement by educating client‑facing teams on solution positioning and use cases.
- Share market feedback to continuously refine solution messaging and approach.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Team, Operations, and the Leadership Team across the agreed coverage area to ensure solutions are deliverable and scalable.
To be successful in the position we are looking for:
Education & Experience
- Proven experience working with complex workforce, technology, or professional service solutions.
- Demonstrated success in specialist, advisory, or solution‑focused roles.
- Experience supporting sales or account teams in pre‑sales or solution design activities.
- Credible expert with a consultative mindset.
- Confident presenter and facilitator.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
- Looking for creative out-of-the-box thinkers, without using a one size fits all to solve our clients staffing problems.
