As the selected candidate, you will:
- Analyse existing data centre management systems and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Develop and implement software solutions to enhance data centre platforms, ensuring seamless data integration and reporting
- Support automation initiatives to optimise operational efficiency and system performance
- Assist with infrastructure activities such as asset management, capacity planning, and ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in systems analysis, software development, and automation within a data centre or similar environment
- Strong programming skills, with familiarity in relevant languages and tools
- Experience with data integration, reporting, and process optimisation
- Good understanding of data centre infrastructure management, asset management, and capacity planning
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience supporting data centre operations or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements related to data centre management
- Certification or training in data centre management or relevant IT disciplines
