As part of a dedicated IAM and Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for assessing current identity configurations, defining future-state access controls, and leading the migration of key accounts to a cloud-only environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document current-state identity and access configurations across hybrid environments.
- Assess impacts to users and roles as part of the EAM transition.
- Define and document target-state technical access control requirements.
- Lead the migration of control plane accounts from hybrid environments to Entra ID (cloud-only).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including user and group management.
- Strong knowledge of Conditional Access policies and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for automation and identity analysis tasks.
- Experience in migrating identity services from hybrid to cloud-only environments.
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles and modern identity governance practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
- Experience in large-scale IAM transformation or enterprise security projects.
