We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a large-scale healthcare ICT program. You will play a key role in supporting system optimisation initiatives by leading analysis activities, developing high-quality documentation, and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare business and technical documentation including business cases, briefing notes, requirements specifications, and test plans.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Support solution evaluation, process modelling, and implementation planning.
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and project governance frameworks.
- Strong experience in business analysis within large, complex environments.
- Background in healthcare ICT projects is highly regarded.
- Skilled in BPMN, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with COTS implementations and ICT governance frameworks.
Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis or related methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL).
