We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support a large‑scale AI‑enabled transformation across insurance. This role sits within a fast‑paced, agile delivery environment focused on embedding intelligent, technology‑driven solutions that deliver tangible customer and business value.
This role is ideal for a highly adaptable, delivery‑focused Business Analyst who can quickly build context, integrate into new teams, and add value immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders and Product Owners
- Document current‑state and future‑state processes
- Identify and capture business rules across Motor and Property streams
- Write high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary knowledge reference point for user stories
- Participate in all agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, refinement, showcases)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fit for purpose
- Translate business requirements to Technical BAs and delivery teams
- Support testing by creating and aligning positive and negative test cases to documented requirements
- Proven experience working across multiple squads or workstreams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Demonstrated strength in requirements definition, business rules, and process mapping (as‑is / to‑be)
- Experience writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable working at pace in evolving, agile delivery environments
- Solid tenure in previous engagements (approximately 6 months per role preferred)
- Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
- Exposure to AI‑enabled and/or technology‑driven initiatives
- Hybrid working environment
- 2 days per week in the office (Thursday is the anchor day)
