The role
The Business Analyst will work onsite for a key mining player in WA to assist with a large-scale PMO set up. This is a permanent role based in the heart of the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering and business analysis
- Analyse current and future state processes
- Translate business needs into solution options
- Workshops facilitation with stakeholders and business teams
- Supporting transformational change and solution adoption
- Strong, proven experience in a Business Analyst role working within enterprise scale mining/ resources environments
- Experience within Asset intensive industries including Rail, Mining AND / OR Fixed Plant operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant industry tertiary educations / certifications
