Responsibilities:
Develop high-level strategies and approaches for activities throughout the business analysis lifecycle.
Provide expert advice across disciplines including Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Solution Selection or Design, Implementation, Testing, and Transition to Support (testing skills optional)
Contribute to the development of mitigation and remediation strategies related to sourcing, selection, and implementation of technical solutions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead process mapping and process transformation initiatives to meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
Deliver on large-scale digital transformation projects by translating strategic objectives into creative and effective solutions.
To be successful in this role you should have:
At least five years of demonstrable experience in Business Analysis, including Business Architecture, Solution Design, Implementation.
Strong expertise in process mapping and process simplification/transformation.
Proven experience in delivering complex digital transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, liaison, and management skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and influence key stakeholders effectively.
It is desirable if you have:
Consulting experience with a practical, hands-on approach.
Data and system integration experience, including data mapping, transformation, impact assessments, and diagnosing data quality issues.
Experience in developing and managing User Acceptance Testing with both business and technical teams.
