Peoplebank are recruiting a Business Change Analyst to work on a large digital (ICT) transformation project, based on-site with our client, in the Adelaide CBD.
 
This is a long-term project of 2 years, and we are happy to consider people wishing to be engaged on an hourly rate or salaried basis.
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Change Analysis and Business Readiness
    • Ability to assess the impact of change on people, processes, and
    • Experience conducting business readiness assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Skills in identifying and developing documenting change risks, dependencies and
    • Stakeholder engagement and communication
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, including executives, sworn officers, operational staff and external parties.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex changes into simple relatable key messages.
    • Ability to facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather business requirements and feedback.
  • Business Process Analysis
    • Experience in mapping current state and future state processes and identifying the gaps of change.
    • Recommend and implement the change requirements that align with the program strategy.
    • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio).
  • Change Impact assessment and benefit
    • Ability to conduct change impact assessments to determine who is affected and
    • Experience in defining success measures and tracking the benefits
    • Understanding how to align change initiatives with strategic program
  • Change Management framework
    • Knowledge of established Change Management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR)
    • Experience working with Agile or hybrid project
    • Ability to develop and implement training plans to support the adoption of the
  • Technical and Digital Literacy
    • Experience in using business analysis
    • Understanding system integration and digital transformation
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, project managers, business analysts and business leaders
    • Ability to build strong relationships across the team to drive alignment and ensure change is adopted smoothly.
 
Skills and Experience required:
  • 2 years experience working as a Business Change Analyst on a business transformation IT project.
  • Demonstrate experience implementing PROSCI methodology for an IT project from initiation to
  • Experienced in managing technology change projects, including training and development, planning and execution of change activities while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills, ensuring clear and effective information
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including the skills to influence and persuade stakeholders while handling resistance and conflicts effectively
  • Ability to understand and address the concerns of those affected by change and the flexibility in adjusting strategies as needed.
