We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale HR and Payroll system transformation within a major ERP Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring employees are engaged, informed, and supported through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of HR/Payroll change management strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and assist with targeted interventions
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and maintain clear communication
- Assist in training coordination, scheduling, and tracking
- Support business readiness assessments and go-live preparation
- Develop and maintain change communication materials (FAQs, presentations, intranet updates)
- Monitor change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Provide support for workshops, meetings, and training sessions
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Business Readiness teams to align activities
- 5 years’ experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, or Business Readiness roles
- Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar
- Experience in HR/Payroll system implementations (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Skilled in coordinating training activities and supporting business readiness
- Organised, collaborative, and focused on delivery outcomes
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in government, utilities, or large enterprise HR transformation programs
- Background in HR policy, employee relations, or workforce transition
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices
