This role combines strategic change leadership with clear, outcome-driven communication — ensuring their people understand, adopt, and deliver on the transformation vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CIO and other Leaders to develop and implement change and communication strategies on key initiatives as needed.
- Drive alignment, readiness, and adoption across the organisation through structured change approaches.
- Support operating model and process changes that enable efficiency and improved ways of working.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on stakeholder engagement and transformation impacts.
- Proven experience in change management and transformation delivery.
- Strong background in operating model or process changes within complex environments.
- Experience partnering with CIOs and/or digital leaders on enterprise-level initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver results.
- Tertiary Qualifications understood.
Location: Brisbane CBD based
Flexible Working: 2 days per week WFH
