We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Change Manager to join our client’s People & Culture team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes an embedded, employee-centric approach to change, working closely with leaders and teams to build capability, engagement, and adoption rather than operating from a purely advisory or consultancy perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to transformation objectives and key organisational shifts
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, assessing change impacts, resistance points, and defining effective management strategies
- Design and deliver tailored stakeholder engagement and communication plans for varied audiences across the organisation
- Enable adoption of new ways of working through structured change initiatives, training, and embedding activities
- Assess organisational readiness and adoption levels before, during, and after implementation, ensuring sustained outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management within organisational transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at leadership, manager, and team levels
- Demonstrated ability to embed change through practical, people-focused approaches rather than purely strategic oversight
- Excellent communication skills with experience tailoring messaging for diverse audiences
- Ability to assess change readiness, measure adoption, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
