This role will be responsible for driving organisational change activities that support the successful adoption of new technologies, systems and processes across operational and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans and frameworks to support transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks, opportunities and engagement requirements.
- Lead change readiness, communication and engagement activities across impacted business and operational teams.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions and stakeholder forums to support adoption and alignment.
- Monitor change effectiveness, adoption metrics and engagement outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management outcomes across large-scale technology, digital or business transformation programs.
- Proven experience working on rail infrastructure, rail operations or rail technology transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing and delivering change impacts, communications, training and adoption strategies.
- Prosci certification or experience working within a recognised change management methodology is highly regarded.
