About the Role:
Join a specialist team delivering complex contact centre integrations, including NEC CAD, Solacomm, Verint WFM/KM, Cisco CVP, Motorola Radio Systems, and Cisco UCCE, ensuring seamless communication, recording, and workforce optimisation solutions across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and support integrations between NEC CAD and Solacomm platforms using scripting and fuzzy logic methodologies.
- Implement and optimise Verint Workforce Management (WFM) and Knowledge Management (KM) solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Verint platforms and Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP).
- Manage Motorola Radio Systems recording integrations within Cisco UCCE environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing contact centre technology solutions.
- Cisco UCCE Contact Center (including UCCE scripting)
- Cisco CVP (Integration, design, and scripting)
- Cisco VXML Studio (Scripting and design)
- Cisco CUCM
- Australian Citizen and Security Clearance required
