About the Role:
As a Control Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning industrial control systems that optimise performance and reliability. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality automation solutions across diverse industry sectors.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation solutions using PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Program control systems using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
- Configure and maintain Citect SCADA systems for industrial process monitoring and control.
- Develop and deploy HMI interfaces (P3 level) that improve system visibility and operator efficiency.
- Deliver projects through all phases – design, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- 5 years of experience in control systems engineering in industrial automation or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, especially Schneider Electric PLCs – M580 series highly regarded.
- Hands-on experience with Citect SCADA.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols – Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus.
- Advanced skills in HMI development with a user-focused design approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
