About the Role:
This role acts as a Cyber Security subject matter expert, providing specialist advice and contributing to both strategic and operational security decisions across the organisation. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective security solutions for complex business and technical challenges, while designing and implementing security architectures and controls that strengthen the overall security posture.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage SOC resources to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of Security Operations Centre (SOC) services.
- Monitor service reliability and availability, engaging SOC teams to address client requirements and operational issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular executive-level service reviews, clearly expressing service performance, outcomes, and value delivered.
- Lead internal initiatives to improve client satisfaction, working closely with product management.
- Provide structured training and knowledge transfer to SOC clients during onboarding, transition, and ongoing service delivery.
- Demonstrate Detection and Response platforms and toolsets to clients.
- Deliver relevant threat intelligence briefings and industry updates aligned to client risk profiles and operating environments.
- Identify and initiate new business development opportunities.
- Support account teams by tracking client renewals and growth strategies.
- Proven experience delivering services to government agencies or critical infrastructure environments.
- Sound knowledge of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Managed Security Services (MSS) offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and coordinate delivery activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong capability in Service Delivery Management and Project Management, underpinned by a solid foundation in Cyber Security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives and senior IT leaders.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required.
