About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager with strong Energy sector experience to support cyber security delivery across IT and OT environments within regulated critical infrastructure.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with hands‑on experience implementing and operating the AESCSF v2 (2023) framework in energy or utilities environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cyber security governance and compliance aligned to AESCSF v2 (2023), ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and SOCI legislation
- Oversee cyber risk management activities, vulnerability remediation, and security assurance
- Manage and coordinate cyber incident response, including investigations and reporting
- Ensure secure system configurations, asset visibility, and data protection practices across IT and OT
- Conduct third‑party security assessments and enforce contractual cyber requirements
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to uplift cyber security maturity
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated cyber security leadership experience within the Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of AESCSF v2 (2023) and regulated critical infrastructure environments
- Proven capability across cyber risk, incident management, and governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
