Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the enterprise data platform.
- Design, build and maintain scalable, reusable dbt models and macros.
- Develop and support data pipelines using dbt Core and Snowflake.
- Refactor and optimise existing data solutions to improve performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members through code reviews, technical discussions, testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake and dbt Core.
- Demonstrated experience with Data Vault and Dimensional Modelling methodologies.
- Experience developing, maintaining and optimising modern cloud-based data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
