You will work as part of a central AI capability, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and operate intelligent systems using the Microsoft AI and Azure ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond experimentation and own end‑to‑end AI delivery, from ideation through to production and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, build, and maintain agentic AI solutions, including single‑agent and multi‑agent systems
  • Develop LLM‑enabled AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, and reflection
  • Build production‑ready AI systems using strong software engineering and data science practices
  • Deliver PoCs, pilots, and production solutions on the Microsoft stack (Azure, Microsoft AI tools)
  • Translate complex business problems into agent‑enabled solutions, defining success metrics and evaluation approaches
  • Implement AI safety, governance, and assurance controls, including monitoring, logging, evaluation, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows
  • Develop APIs, integrations, and reusable components suitable for enterprise environments
  • Produce clear technical and non‑technical documentation covering architecture, decisions, risks, and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non‑technical domains
What We’re Looking For Essential experience:
  • 5 years’ experience across data science, machine learning, AI, or software engineering
  • Strong hands‑on coding experience in Python (Git, CI/CD, modern build and deployment practices)
  • Practical experience building LLM‑enabled systems, including:
    • Prompt engineering
    • RAG pipelines
    • Tool calling and structured outputs
    • Agent frameworks and orchestration patterns
  • Experience designing agentic workflows (task decomposition, planning, memory management)
  • Proven ability to build end‑to‑end AI systems in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills across data, models, agents, and external systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders of varying technical depth
  • Ability to work independently, decompose ambiguous problems, and deliver outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Desirable Experience
  • Multi‑agent systems and orchestration frameworks
  • MLOps / LLMOps (pipelines, evaluation, monitoring, lifecycle management)
  • Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms
  • AI safety, assurance, and responsible AI practices
  • Enterprise system integration (identity, security, governance)
  • Containers, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (e.g. Docker, Azure services)
  • NLP, decision support, or applied ML domains
  • Asynchronous or concurrent programming for scalable AI workloads
