Required skills and competencies:
- Experience with SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA in functional consulting/solution architecture.
- Proven ability to lead SAP functional teams and deliver SAP Activate–based projects.
- Strong end-to-end SAP implementation experience as a functional lead.
- Expertise in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA/OM, MSS, SuccessFactors) with deep employee lifecycle and payroll knowledge.
- Solid Master Data Governance experience across standards, quality, lifecycle, integration, security, and auditing.
