- Work with cutting-edge TechnologyOne CiA
- Be the go‑to expert for a critical enterprise finance platform
- Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise financial systems, providing operational and advisory support to finance and program teams.
- Design and document processes to support system rollout, configuration, and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with technology, finance, and program stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.
- Establish and manage structured change management practices to support system adoption.
- Develop and deliver user upskilling activities, ensuring teams can effectively use TechnologyOne Connected Intelligence Anywhere (CiA).
- Strong hands‑on experience administering TechnologyOne CiA, particularly within financial management modules
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting enterprise financial management systems.
- Ability to work across multiple software platforms to support finance operations and reporting.
- Proven capability translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non‑technical users.
- Experience developing documentation such as process maps, operating procedures, and change management plans.
- Background supporting system deployments, testing phases, and end‑user training.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively in program‑based environments.
