An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a Financial Management Information System (FMIS). This is a technically focused position and requires hands-on experience with the TechnologyOne application suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document system requirements to support FMIS enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Respond to and resolve application support requests, including report development and change management.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance.
- Contribute to FMIS-related projects, including testing, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, including configuration logs, workflows, and user manuals.
Key Skills
- Strong experience with TechnologyOne FMIS is essential.
- Proven ability to analyse, design, and document technical and functional system changes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting application issues and providing end-user support.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
