We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Senior Category & Contracts Specialist to drive strategic procurement and supplier management across a broad ICT portfolio.

About the Role
As the Senior Category & Contracts Specialist, you'll lead procurement and commercial activities across key ICT categories including:
- Managed Services
- Professional & Project Services
- Software Licensing
- Hardware & Technology Infrastructure
- Cloud & Digital Services
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing, procurement and category management initiatives across ICT spend categories.
- Develop and execute category strategies that drive value, cost efficiencies and improved service outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including tenders, contract negotiations and supplier selection processes.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide commercial advice and business partnering support to key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to mitigate risk, improve governance and strengthen contract management practices.
- Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to inform procurement strategies and decision-making.
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, contracts or commercial management.
- Experience across ICT categories such as software, hardware, managed services, telecommunications, cloud or professional services.
- Demonstrated success negotiating and managing high-value, complex contracts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Sound understanding of supplier governance, risk management and contract frameworks.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to balance business needs, market capability and long-term value outcomes.
