The role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on a project that will support stakeholders through a period of change with ongoing enhancement of the client’s information management system.
Responsibilities include:
- Requirements gathering elicitation
- Business Process Mapping
- Produce clear, concise business cases
- Workshops facilitation with stakeholders
- Support change management activities
- Collaboration with project stakeholders
- Solid experience in Business Analyst role within a complex, enterprise scale client specifically with this experience:
- Experience supporting the ongoing enhancement of an information management system
- Proven experience supporting the adoption of information management technologies
- Support of change initiatives and improving user experience
- Sound knowledge of record keeping frameworks
- Relevant education / tertiary education desirable
