About the Role:
Our client is seeking skilled IT Operations Centre Analysts to join a high-performing 24/7 team based in Perth. This role is critical to ensuring the stability and performance of end-user systems, infrastructure, and production applications in a fast-paced operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and radios.
- Monitor infrastructure components such as servers, networks, satellite communications, and IP radio systems.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of production applications and escalate issues to L3 teams or vendors as needed.
- Operate and manage enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Orion, NMS, CyberArk, and GoAnywhere.
- Support secure technologies including antivirus platforms, multi-factor authentication, CCTV systems, and secure file transfer solutions.
- Proven experience in IT support covering hardware, operating systems, and networks.
- Solid understanding of system monitoring and ITSM ticketing platforms.
- Comfortable working independently and within a rotating roster environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a 24/7 operational setting.
