Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a 6‑month AI‑enabled inventory optimisation initiative, focused on reducing excess and unused parts ordering through a combination of COTS solutions and targeted development. This role will drive delivery across cross‑functional technology and operations teams, ensuring measurable outcomes, strong governance, and alignment with established enterprise PMO frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with established PMO governance frameworks
- Manage scope, schedule, budget and risks to deliver measurable business outcomes and proof of value
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including data, AI, cyber, operations and external vendors
- Provide governance oversight including reporting, RAID management, and steering committee engagement
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across globally distributed teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering IT or technology‑led projects within structured PMO environments
- Strong governance capability including risk, compliance, reporting and stakeholder management
- Experience working with data, AI, cyber or complex technology environments
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across technical and business stakeholders
