A well reputed client that has been providing services to the WA Community for nearly 20 years.
The role:
The ITSM Process Coordinator will provide support to the ITSM Process Manager and assist to enhance the IT Service Management toolset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance in relation to strategic and operational management of ITIL-based processes.
- Develop and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITIL framework)
- Proficiency in Change, Configuration, Event and Release Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
- Experince working within Enterprise scale environments would be ideal.
- Relevant ITIL/ ITSM industry certifications will be highly reqarded.
