A major banking client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to support a major core banking system replacement program within the Equipment Finance business.
This role will play a critical part in enabling frontline and operational teams to successfully adopt new systems and ways of working, through the design and delivery of high quality learning solutions aligned to program milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain learning artefacts to support the implementation of new Equipment Finance platforms
  • Create role-based learning solutions including system training, process walkthroughs, job aids, quick reference guides and digital learning assets
  • Translate complex system and process changes into clear, user-friendly learning materials
  • Deliver learning across Business, Agribusiness and operational teams nationwide
  • Support blended learning approaches (facilitated sessions, virtual delivery, selfpaced content)
  • Partner with SMEs, business leads and program stakeholders to validate learning content and ensure readiness
 
Skills & Experience
Essential:
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar within large transformation or technology programs
  • Strong capability in learning needs analysis, instructional design and content development
  • Experience delivering learning for system implementations or complex operational change
  • Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholder groups, including frontline and senior leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working at pace with evolving requirements and timelines
 
Desirable:
  • Experience within financial services, banking or equipment finance
  • Familiarity with core banking systems or lending platforms
  • Experience supporting phased or multistage go lives
  • Exposure to change management methodologies
