About the Role:
The Learning Designer will work closely with Process Owners, Business Analysts, Pillar Leads, Senior Change Managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements and real-world scenarios into engaging and effective learning solutions designed for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver learning materials aligned with the Horizon Learning strategy.
- Create key training artefacts and interventions to support business initiatives.
- Develop instructional content and modules for both in-person and digital delivery.
- Produce engaging learning content, including eLearning modules, training guides, quick reference guides, and other supporting materials.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions to super users and end users, supporting user acceptance testing and successful adoption.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning interventions within complex, fast-paced ERP programs across multiple sites.
- Demonstrated capability in creating digital learning content to support large-scale technical transformation programs.
- Skilled in engaging stakeholders to gather learning context, align requirements, and secure agreement on learning interventions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify and prioritise complex issues for diverse audiences.
- Experience with WalkMe digital adoption tools preferred; familiarity with other DAP tools will be considered.
