A leading, global resources client based in the Perth CBD.
The role
We have multiple positions available for Solution Architects with mining industry sector experience. These are initial 6-month contracts with long term extension possibilities based in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders regarding requirements for mining, fleet and autonomy solutions
- Creation of architectural / design documentation
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed design specifications
- Liaise with technical and non-technical teams through project phases
- Supporting teams with coding and testing phases
- Assist with vendor evaluations when required
- Strong, recent experience working in an IT Solutions Architect role
- Previous experience working in the mining industry within areas including fleet management AND/OR autonomy solutions is mandatory
- A technical, hands-on software development background is beneficial
- Proven experience working within DevOps environments
- Experience with cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant industry certifications/ education would be beneficial
