About the Role:
We are seeking a Deployment and Support Engineer to act as a Customer/Program Support Engineer, responsible for onboarding customers to Cisco IQ Link, ensuring successful deployments, telemetry integration, and issue resolution. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience, driving platform adoption, and supporting implementation activities across the region.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and support Cisco IQ Link across VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM environments.
  • Configure deployment prerequisites including DNS, SNMP, SSH, HTTPS, NTP, and static IPs.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues, including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, proxies, and credentials.
  • Integrate and validate telemetry with Cisco platforms such as Catalyst Center, Intersight, Meraki, SD-WAN Manager, and Webex Control Hub.
  • Conduct customer onboarding, technical walkthroughs, deployment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure successful implementation.
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Routing, Firewall, Proxy/NAT).
  • Experience with SSH, HTTPS, SNMP v2c/v3, and NTP.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, or KVM.
  • Familiarity with Cisco technologies:
  • Catalyst Center
  • Intersight
  • Meraki
  • SD-WAN Manager
  • Webex Control Hub
