We're seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors to join a high-performing, supportive, and collaborative team on a 12-month contract.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance core HR and payroll systems within a complex enterprise environment. Working across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, you'll partner closely with Payroll, HR, People Systems, and key business stakeholders to deliver system improvements, drive process efficiencies, ensure compliance, and support critical business initiatives.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Provide expert support and advice on HR and payroll system processes, configurations, integrations, and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, People Systems, and business stakeholders to identify system enhancements, optimise processes, and deliver effective business outcomes.
- Translate payroll, legislative, and operational requirements into practical system solutions while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing to support system changes and releases.
- Support ongoing system upgrades, integrations, reporting requirements, continuous improvement initiatives, and issue resolution activities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise HR and payroll systems, with SAP SuccessFactors experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, awards, compliance requirements, and their impact on system design and functionality.
- Experience working on system implementations, upgrades, integrations, remediation projects, or process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyse business requirements, diagnose system issues, and deliver practical, user-focused solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
