Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyse requirements from stakeholders to ensure shared understanding
- Research business problems and document functional needs as user stories
- Map customer journeys and create supporting artefacts like mock-ups and process flows
- Communicate technical constraints and non-functional requirements clearly
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iteration planning for smooth delivery
- Strong experience with Payroll and HCM solutions(non-negotiable)
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst in product development teams
- Skilled in user story writing and Agile documentation
- Experienced in modelling business/data processes using relevant tools
- Comfortable navigating stakeholder goals and facilitating consensus
