Title: Portfolio Support Officer
Contract: 12 months likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid)
Required skills and competencies:
- Ability to contribute to team direction, exchange feedback, and meet performance standards,
- Experience in providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and management support,
- Planning and delivering meetings/workshops and produce reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes in a fast-paced environment,
- Supporting portfolio/project activities, including confidential documentation and business case inputs,
- Usng corporate systems and portfolio tools (e.g., Project Online, SAP) to plan work and identify process improvements,
- Working autonomously and collaboratively, building strong stakeholder relationships in a demanding environment.
