Join the Enterprise Business Platform team, responsible for delivering high-quality operational and technical application development and support across Microsoft Dynamics solutions including D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service, and the Power Platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop test artefacts including test plans and summary reports
- Manage and coordinate test efforts and teams as needed
- Ensure testing standards align with organisational and industry best practices
- Mentor subject matter experts in testing processes
- Derive, maintain, and execute test cases and associated data from detailed requirements
- Document and report test results thoroughly and accurately
- Coordinate issue resolution and escalate risks or quality concerns
- Assist with test environment management
- Provide timely updates to the Test Manager
- Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications within an Agile SDLC
- Strong project experience with a focus on delivering on time and within budget
- Knowledge of technologies and ICT infrastructure in complex environments
- Familiarity with test methodologies and tools such as ALM – Quality Centre, JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Well-developed documentation and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective time management in a high-pressure, multi-priority environment
