About the Role:
This role is pivotal in shaping high-impact solutions and leading strategic client engagements, leveraging deep technical expertise across ServiceNow and Freshworks.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with SE, CE, CDE, and CTO teams to shape and execute high-impact account strategies that drive growth and client value.
  • Design and deliver, outcome-driven Proof of Value (PoV) engagements and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement accelerators that measure value across ServiceNow, Freshworks, and EasyVista platforms.
  • Create migration playbooks, enabling seamless transitions from platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Cherwell.
  • Own end-to-end RFP responses, crafting compelling, client-aligned submissions that strengthen competitive positioning and win rates.
  • Represent the organisation at marketing events, webinars, and industry forums to elevate brand presence and generate qualified opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrates deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with the ability to translate capability into tangible business outcomes.
  • Brings a proven track record across pre-sales, solution architecture, and business development, consistently driving successful client engagements.
  • Skilled in developing high-value technical assets, including Proofs of Value (PoVs), accelerators, and structured migration playbooks.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possesses strong experience across ITSM platforms, including Freshworks, BMC Helix, and Cherwell, with a broad understanding of the ecosystem.
  • Well-versed in leading sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and Solution Selling, applying them to drive deal success.
  • Baseline security clearance  is required for this role.
