About the role & Responsabilities:
  • We are seeking a Product Manager Coach for our key State Government client. In this role, you will strengthen our product management team by mentoring emerging PMs and collaborating with cross-functional partners to design and implement effective product delivery processes.
-Coaching & Development
  • Deliver 1:1 and group coaching for early-career PMs.
  • Build skills in discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder communication, and agile practices.
  • Guide PMs in improving their mindset, approach, and impact.
-Process Design & Implementation
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, and business teams to create scalable, efficient PM processes.
  • Support adoption of frameworks (e.g., OKRs, discovery rituals, feedback loops) that improve product outcomes.
  • Champion continuous learning and process improvement.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration & Culture Building
  • Advise senior leaders on product strategy and capability needs.
  • Foster a culture of customer focus, experimentation, and accountability.
  • Spot gaps in product practices and recommend targeted improvements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Head of Product, senior PM, or product coach.
  • Genuine passion for developing people, with a strong record of mentoring or coaching PMs.
  • Solid grasp of modern product management, agile practices, and cross-functional ways of working.
  • Skilled in process design and change management, balancing structure with adaptability.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adjusting approaches to varying maturity levels.
  • Coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, ICAgile) or formal coaching training are a plus.
  • Experience in government settings is desirable.
