We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the strategic design, procurement and delivery of a major website transformation program. This role will oversee the redevelopment of two flagship digital platforms that play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s reputation, economic development objectives, community engagement and customer experience.
This position requires a highly capable leader with extensive experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams and influencing stakeholders at senior executive levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale website transformation program, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budget.
- Provide governance, reporting and accountability for program outcomes to Executive stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions that balance organisational priorities, customer needs and community outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between program objectives and broader economic development, marketing and digital strategy goals.
- Drive change management and transition activities to successfully embed new platforms into business operations.
- Extensive experience leading complex digital transformation, technology or enterprise-wide programs.
- Demonstrated success managing large budgets, multiple stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong strategic leadership capability with experience reporting to senior executives and governance bodies.
- Expertise in user-centred design, service transformation and customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and vendor management skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive adoption.
