Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct large-scale, complex programs to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
- Provide executive-level leadership and accountability, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Drive program-level planning, execution, and governance while aligning with overall business objectives and strategy.
- Oversee program financials including forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
- Establish and manage strong stakeholder engagement, including executive and senior-level presentations.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Lead scope and change management processes, ensuring stability and control of program outcomes.
- Manage resource allocation and workforce planning across the delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee third-party vendor and partner engagement, including commercial negotiations.
- Build a program community of best practice through knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex programs (software, infrastructure, and product implementation).
- Demonstrated success delivering outcomes in highly complex customer and vendor environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen, with proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to identify business growth opportunities and support presales or program extension activities.
