We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the delivery of a change management for an EDRMS project. This role focuses on driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of change across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end change activities to support IT project delivery
- Assess and manage organisational change impacts
- Develop and deliver change and communication plans, reporting, and artefacts
- Support scope changes and ensure benefits alignment
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support operational handover and transition to business
- Leading change impact assessments using PROSCI / ADKAR
- Developing transformation, transition, and readiness plans
- Coaching project teams and providing change advice across other IT initiatives
- Degree in ICT, Business, HR or related discipline with relevant experience
- Proven IT change management experience in complex environments
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
- PROSCI / ADKAR certification
