The successful candidate will bring strong administrative, planning, and stakeholder management skills, with prior experience working in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support project meetings, design workshops, showcases, and other key events.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation for project activities.
- Assist with project reporting, planning, and scheduling tasks.
- Support project financial tracking, procurement, and cost reconciliation.
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, document control, and change management records.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and smooth delivery.
- Follow up with Infrastructure, Security, and other cross-functional teams to progress actions and resolve incidents.
- Identify potential risks or issues and proactively support their resolution.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a project coordination or PMO support role within large or complex programs.
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Experience in project financials, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Familiarity with project tools and frameworks such as RAID logs or document control systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable Attributes
- Exposure to SuccessFactors or other ERP system implementations.
- Experience in change management or business analysis.
