About the Role As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery—ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, financial performance, and risk control across multiple high‑profile technology projects.
Working closely with technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless implementation of advanced communication systems, video security, and integrated safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for complex communication and security system implementations.
- Create detailed project plans covering scope, budget, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and technical specialists to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage project financials, reporting, forecasting, and revenue milestones.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, senior management, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Monitor progress using project management tools and regularly report on performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring robust compliance with internal and external standards.
- Produce comprehensive documentation, project reviews, and post‑implementation evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement and seek opportunities to expand customer engagement.
- 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- Experience delivering complex technical, engineering, construction, or telecommunications projects.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) highly regarded.
- Proficient with MS Project and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality and control.
- Experience in one or more of the following is a strong advantage:
- Public safety communications
- Land Mobile Radio (LMR)
- Video security & analytics
- Cellular networks
- IT networks
- Military or mining industry projects
- Work on projects that directly support community safety and critical infrastructure.
