As a Project Manager you will be leading the delivery of critical optimisation, archiving and enterprise technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role will drive complex project outcomes across SAP, HR/Payroll, Rostering and Finance environments while engaging with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, governance and successful delivery of large-scale enterprise technology projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved through best-practice project management frameworks. You'll play a key role in stakeholder engagement, resource leadership, risk management and the development of technology roadmaps that support future business outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software projects, ideally within SAP S/4HANA, HR/Payroll, Rostering or Finance environments.
- Strong PRINCE2 project management expertise with the ability to manage governance, reporting and delivery outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving organisational change.
- Previous experience within healthcare or large government environments will be highly regarded.
