Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and contribute to finance system projects of medium to high complexity, including monitoring timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Research, analyse, and resolve issues related to finance systems, and support the development and implementation of system improvements.
- Prepare detailed project plans, test plans, and lead system testing activities to ensure successful delivery of system changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective collaboration, consultation, and implementation.
- Prepare clear reports, briefings, and project updates, while supporting project teams using established project management methodologies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working within a finance or corporate systems delivery environment in a large and complex organisation.
- Strong project management capability, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within set timeframes.
- Ability to set work objectives, take accountability, and lead by example to drive positive system outcomes.
- Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and research skills with the ability to provide practical solutions to complex system challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
