About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Reporting Specialist to join the Boddington Analytics & Optimisation Team. This role is critical in supporting operational decision‑making through high‑quality data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Extract, clean, and manage operational data using advanced SQL.
- Analyse fleet, production, and operational performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI experience a bonus).
- Work autonomously while supporting operational teams and business improvement initiatives.
- Mining operational experience (essential).
- Hands‑on experience with MineStar FMS or similar fleet management systems.
- Strong SQL skills and proven data analysis capability.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI (nice to have).
